1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team at Aldi as 1st Shift Warehouse Team Members. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive high-quality products. Our team members work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input to improve processes.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, notifying management of any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
