Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, ensuring timely order fulfillment, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and cooperating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leaders.
• Provide input for process improvements and support warehouse management goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and collaboration competencies.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
