Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our ALDI family. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and management.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety concerns.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
