Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and contributing to maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrates conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, arithmetic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work effectively in varying temperatures and physical demands.
