1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements and warehouse performance.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Work independently within delegated responsibilities to achieve team goals.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, product integrity, and safety.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Adapt positively to pressure, setbacks, and change.
• Deliver excellent performance, adhere to policies, and go the extra mile.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
