1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi team. As a Full-Time member, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on shift differentials. You will be part of the 1st Shift starting at 7:00 AM, with various schedule options available to suit your availability.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address any issues.
• Follow safety guidelines and operate equipment properly.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Acts conscientiously, collaborates, demonstrates a positive attitude, drives for success, and organizes efficiently.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, perform arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered equipment safely.
