1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. This Full-Time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the warehouse team.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adaptable to challenges and change.
• Driven to deliver excellent performance and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
