Job Description

We are looking for Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Members to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. You will collaborate with peers, supervisors, and suppliers to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment while achieving operational goals. This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, able to work effectively within a team, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Organize merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Offer input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and alert management to any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks accurately and within company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
