Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time member, you will play a vital role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise relocation based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment following warehouse procedures.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Conduct inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality assurance.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
