Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team at ALDI as 1st Shift Warehouse Team Members. Our teams ensure the efficient handling of products for delivery to our stores, with a strong focus on safety and quality. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership for effective warehouse operations.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety issues.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
