1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operations of our warehouse. You will be responsible for various tasks including receiving and organizing stock, loading and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. The role requires physical capabilities such as lifting and moving products weighing up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
