1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dedicated team at ALDI. You will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our customers to enjoy. This part-time position offers an attractive starting wage of $23.75 per hour with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates quality, product integrity, and safety awareness.

• Efficient organizer with excellent communication skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
