Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, quality standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to work efficiently, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
