1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership to optimize warehouse operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Contribute to inventory counts and process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Acts conscientiously, collaborates with the team, shows a positive attitude, drives for success, and organizes and executes efficiently.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
