1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or within a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift, move, and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures and operating industrial equipment.
