1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipments, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety adherence.
• Perform all tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
