1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling store orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. Your responsibilities will include selecting and receiving incoming stock, rearranging merchandise, preparing shipments, inventory management, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Shifts

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday, Monday and Tuesday off.
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday off.
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends with weekdays off.
• Schedule C: Every other weekend with weekdays off.
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday, weekends off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
