Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders efficiently and maintaining the warehouse's standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments in preparation for delivery.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and product quality.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older to be considered for employment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
