1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, starting wages ranging up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and improving processes.
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt positively to challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
