1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at ALDI. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials. As part of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for receiving and relocating stock, loading and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and working collaboratively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
