Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. As a Full-Time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure warehouse safety and appearance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Follow warehouse operational procedures and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaborate with the team, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and execute efficiently.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
