Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and supporting the logistics process. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work varied schedules based on your preference.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Strategically sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious work behavior and collaboration with the team.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform duties in varying temperatures and environments.
