Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks such as receiving stock, organizing merchandise, loading goods for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will collaborate with your peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations and contribute to achieving budgeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and product quality.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
