1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. As part of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill store orders promptly and accurately.
• Handle merchandise relocation and loading/unloading tasks.
• Participate in inventory management activities.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines.
