Job Description

We are seeking dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Members to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report safety concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
