1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves working 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Basic arithmetic skills.
