Position: 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Salary: Up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00AM start time

Currently hiring for:

• Schedule D
• Schedule A2
• Schedule B

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off each week.
• Schedule A2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off each week.
• Schedule B: Working both Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks, with 2 consecutive weekdays off when scheduled.
• Schedule C: Working Saturday and Sunday every other weekend, with 2 weekdays off when scheduled.
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday with Saturday and Sunday off each week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock.
• Relocates merchandise.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise.
• Performs general cleaning and inventory counts.
• Cooperates effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provides input to improve processes.
• Inspects product quality and safety.
• Assists in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follows safety guidelines and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality and safety.
• Collaborates and cooperates with the team.
• Adapts positively to challenges and change.
• Delivers excellent performance and efficiency.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Required to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
