Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dedicated team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. Our warehouse operates in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, and we provide comprehensive training and safety programs to equip our associates for success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
