Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi team. As a full-time member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. From receiving and relocating merchandise to maintaining cleanliness and inventory, your contributions will be vital to our success.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect and ensure product quality and safety.
• Work independently within designated responsibilities.
