Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated First Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. Our team ensures the smooth reception, selection, and delivery of products to our stores, catering to our growing customer base. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise according to guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to optimize warehouse processes.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality, safety, or sanitation issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt to challenges, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
