1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week at a starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differences.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective warehouse operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
