1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
