1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI's team. This Full-Time position offers 30-35 hours per week, starting at $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Shifts:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday.
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday.
• Schedule B: Weekends every 3 weeks.
• Schedule C: Weekends every other week.
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Adherence to ALDI Acts competencies.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
