Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting, loading, and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization. You will collaborate with colleagues, provide input on process improvements, and ensure product quality and safety standards are met.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaborative teamwork.
• Adaptable, positive attitude, and drives for success.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, perform physical tasks, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
