2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join ALDI on the 2nd shift. The position offers up to $28.75 per hour, with various schedules available. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments.
• Clean warehouse and participate in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Independently perform assigned tasks within company policies.
• Operate equipment safely.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Good communication and arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical agility to lift and move heavy items.
