Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise efficiently to ensure stores are well-stocked and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and quality assurance.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills for inventory management.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
