2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's 2nd Shift team. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a competitive starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Drive for success and efficiency in tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
