Job Description

We are currently looking for a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team, and comply with safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming stock efficiently.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Perform all tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Work effectively in varying temperatures and physical demands.
