2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: Up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM start time

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday with Mon-Tue off
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday with Wed-Thu off
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends
• Schedule C: Bi-weekend
• Schedule D: Mon-Fri with Sat-Sun off

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock.
• Relocates merchandise in the warehouse.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads/unloads merchandise.
• Cleans warehouse and participates in inventory counts.
• Interacts with peers and provides input for process improvements.
• Inspects product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Performs assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Operates equipment safely and reports issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years or older.
• Acts competencies: Conscientious, Team Player, Positive Attitude, Success-oriented, Efficient.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, standing, bending, etc.
• Working in varying temperatures and operating industrial equipment.
