2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare shipments by sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical capability to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds.
