Title: 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi

Job Type: Full-Time, Salary

Shift: 2nd Shift - Starting at 3:00 PM

Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Starting Salary: Up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform warehouse cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and follow procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Collaborative, positive attitude, and drives for success.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Frequent bending, lifting, and walking throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures including outdoors and refrigerated environments.
