Job Description: 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi

We are currently seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that merchandise is sorted, organized, and prepared for shipment accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders promptly.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality, addressing safety concerns and sanitation issues.
• Maintain compliance with safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
