2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Shift Information

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00pm start time)

Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Starting Wage: Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Flexible to work in varying temperatures and environments.
