2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and organizing duties.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process enhancements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Physical Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
