Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring the timely fulfillment of orders and maintaining warehouse standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Maintain physical mobility and work in varied temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
