2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a vital role in ensuring products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. This position is part-time, with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and a competitive starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to enhance operational efficiency and achievement of goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, demonstrate positive attitude, resilience and drive for success.
• Follow warehouse safety guidelines and company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, move and operate equipment in varying temperatures.
