Join the team at ALDI as a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores to meet the needs of our customers. As a member of our dedicated team, you will work in various areas of the warehouse, participating in tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our distribution process.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise in line with warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring strategic placement of products.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality control.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, perform physical warehouse tasks, and operate industrial equipment.
• Basic math skills and strong communication abilities.
