Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores to meet the needs of our customers. This position involves working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, with a focus on maintaining quality and safety standards.

Position Type

• Part-Time, fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

$25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment.
• Work in variable temperatures and perform various physical tasks.
