2nd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse management, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing warehouse personnel, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and modifying daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinating job activities and tasks of direct reports.
• Overseeing product receiving, selection, and shipping to stores.
• Developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Supervising warehouse personnel to ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.
• Leading Warehouse Associate meetings and providing training and development to staff.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to manage direct reports effectively.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
