2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handlers at Aldi. In this part-time role with average hours fewer than 30 per week, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. As a Package Handler, you will relocate merchandise, load and unload shipments, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and collaborate effectively with our team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Collaborate and cooperate effectively with the team.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
